Parts  Used – In Asia the entire plant is used and boiled to make tea and the whole plant is also edible.

    *general reccomended daily dosage for Kacip Fatimah is between 150mg to 200mg per day for healthy adults above 18 years of age.

    • Minimum efffective dose is 150mg daily
    • maximum reccomended dose is 500mg daily
    • Can be consumed daily, before or after meal
    • Can be consumed with interval weekly breaks.

    NOTE:

    Most clinical trials use 150mg to 300mg Kacip Fatimah daily dose four to twelve weeks without any break intervals.
